He is a member of the Irish American Bar Association, Southern California Insurance Defense Association and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. James has extensive experience in all phases of litigation and has tried dozens of cases to verdict/judgment.

Reetha Haynes-Garretty is the managing partner of the firm. She is a graduate of Glendale University College of Law where she was an editor for the Law Review. She was admitted in 1986 and in Arizona in 1996. Reetha also has extensive experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation and appeals as well as legal expense management. She is a member of the Irish American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association as well as co-author of the appellate opinion, Sisco v. Cosgrove, 51 CalApp 4th 1302. She oversees the day to day operations of the firm, ensuring that we provide the highest quality of representation possible.
